i want to know how to calculate date time in hours
suppose 28/10/2009 10:00 am calculate transit hours 75 hrs = total calculate
the date & time pls help n suggest

In cell A1 if you have the date and time in excel date/time format use the
below formula in cell B1 which adds up 75 hours to the date/time in cell A1

=A1+(75/24)

Here's how you do it.

Let's say 28/10/2009 10:00 am is in A1, then I would write the following
formula in B1 = A1+(75/24)
