I installed a 200GB drive as a slave on my system running
XP Pro. When I go into Disk Management, it only
recognizes 128GB I can't seem to find the other
62GB. I formatted the 128 and it still didn't show the
balance of the drive. Any help is appreciated.

I have SP1 already.. I ran the Hotfix, and now my Atapi.sys is the correct version. When I go back to Disk Management, it still only shows 137GB and no additional space. Do I need to delete the drive and start over

In the docs you referred to, I didn't do the 48bitlba.inf file or the cmdlines.txt files..... I read that as only being needed if I had the original old version of XP... Do I need to do those files?

Does your BIOS support a drive larger
than 128gig?

My Bios is set to Auto config.. and it does seem to recognize the 200GB and all the correct specs are shown in the Bios screen. It appears that XP doesn't recognize it. not sure??

I had similar problem. I had to use Partition Magic to fix.
