Hi,

I have a workbook, which when I open it gives me a corruption error:

"Excel found unreadable content in 'Register.xlsx'. Do you want to recover
the contents of this workbook? If you trust the source of this workbook,
click yes."

I do click yes and the work book is recovered, I do not appear to loose any
data. The error box contains:

Repaired Records: Table from /xl/tables/table3.xml part (Table)
Repaired Records: Table from /xl/tables/table4.xml part (Table)
Repaired Records: Table from /xl/tables/table5.xml part (Table)
Repaired Records: Table from /xl/tables/table6.xml part (Table)
Repaired Records: Table from /xl/tables/table7.xml part (Table)
Repaired Records: Table from /xl/tables/table8.xml part (Table)
Repaired Records: Table from /xl/tables/table9.xml part (Table)
Repaired Records: Table from /xl/tables/table10.xml part (Table)
Repaired Records: Table from /xl/tables/table11.xml part (Table)
Repaired Records: Table from /xl/tables/table12.xml part (Table)
Repaired Records: Table from /xl/tables/table14.xml part (Table)

The recovery xml looks like:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes" ?>
- <recoveryLog
xmlns="http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/spreadsheetml/2006/main">
<logFileName>error003000_02.xml</logFileName>
<summary>Errors were detected in file 'U:\Education\NEWI\2008 -
09\Register.xlsx'</summary>
- <repairedRecords summary="Following is a list of repairs:">
<repairedRecord>Repaired Records: Table from /xl/tables/table3.xml part
(Table)</repairedRecord>
<repairedRecord>Repaired Records: Table from /xl/tables/table4.xml part

(Table)</repairedRecord>
<repairedRecord>Repaired Records: Table from /xl/tables/table14.xml part
(Table)</repairedRecord>
</repairedRecords>
</recoveryLog>

I have tried to save the file to a different filename and it still exhibits
the same problem, I am at a loss as to how to fix this problem.

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the workbook, the Error
Checking function finds no errors and I cannot see anything strange.

I am happy to post the source file is it will help anyone help me.

Thanks

Kate
