unlike outlook xp and 2003, When you print monthly view only the first
appointmnet of the day shows. Would like to print with most of the days
appointmnets showin in each day's box

Hi there

I found that if I select 2 pages/month (Layout on the Format tab) and switch
the page to Portrait (Paper tab) then I get about six appointments per day.
That was with the fonts left at their defaults (24pt Segoe for headings, 8pt
Segoe for appointments).

I'm using A4 paper though, so you may get slightly different results, and
you could probably get slightly more if you change the heading font to be a
bit smaller.

You should also check out the calendar printing assistant at
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...DC-25A4-41BD-9C98-67C47C6CD8FF&displaylang=en.

Thanks,
Trying the 2 pages/month didn't help. Calendar still only shows the first
appointment of the day. I use the smallest fonts. Before it would show
about 5 appts.

I downloaded print asst, before I posted this, and I gather from the write
up it should e there as an option when I go to print but I don't see it.

Hope you can help.
thanks,

I can't think why yours would behave differently to mine, but try printing to
the Microsoft XPS Document writer instead and open the resulting file. If
that looks OK then it points to a problem with your printer driver or setup.

I went to XPS and checked , and the file looks just like the printing form
in outlook . Only one appt/day. It also doesn't show the time, i.e 10 am

More ideas , please.

Yea! and many thnaks! Now however :
1 I've lost the times before the appointment, i.e. 10am brown.
2 After reading some of the other threas about this - which are legion I
gather Print asst would help, but after downloading I still don't see have to
access it

Still mkes me wonder if I should go back to 2003

I too cannot get the time to print in front of the appointment. I print
monthly calenders in a portrait view (previously in Outlook 2000). It looks
like the times will print in Landscape view.

Thank you Diane. I was able to download the Calendar Assistant yesterday. I
haven't played a whole lot with the program, but I am able to print a full
month calendar now with my co-workers info and I really needed that.

I believe the problem is space-related - the squares are smaller so they
drop them. They broke several things in calendar printing... there are
several tools listed at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp
that will do better including the calendar printing assistant.
