DON'T SHOUT!

.... and please elaborate your question a bit more.

Best regards,
Ute

Do you have all the same fonts available (installed) that were used to
create the 2003 version file on the 2007 version machine? If a font is not
available PPT will substitute a similar font, sometimes with disastrous
results.

Also, typing in all capital letters is considered shouting in the computer
world and also makes text difficult to read. Please type in upper and lower
case letters to make it easier for others to help you.

I TRIED TO DO THIS IN 2007 BECAUSE I WANTED TO PUBLISH THE PRESENTATION
ALONG WITH LINKED MUSIC TO A CD; IS THER A WAY TO DO THIS IN 2003?

If that's all you want, there's no need for PowerPoint 2007. Use File -
Package for CD.

AND PLEASE, STOP SHOUTING!

Best regards,
Ute

IN POWERPOINT 2003 THE SLIDES WHEN VIEWED LOOK FINE

WHEN BROUGHT INTO 2007 SOME HOW THE FORMAT OF THE WORDS ARE DIFFERENT AND
ALL THE TOPS OF THE WORDS ARE NOT DISPLAYED.

Yes and it may well work better than it would from 2007.

First, press your Caps Lock key once. Don't touch it again.

Then open your presentation in PPT 2003 and choose File, Package for CD and
follow the instructions from there.

Generally it's best to save the files to a folder on your hard drive (rather
than burning a CD directly). Later you can burn the contents of the folder to
the CD using your regular CD software.
