2007 Outlook calendar date display

My calendar displays date in English and in Arabic in ( ). How do I get ride
of what shows in ()? I tried the Control Panel, Reginal & Lang., and changed
the date format but still show ( ). Thanks
 
Thanks. I looked into there earlier but did not read every item closely.
