Hi,
NOT sure this is the right forum, please direct if such is the case.
Access 2003 with a 'text box' populated by a field that lists names and
address (separate text box for each part of such; name, street, city,
state, zip AND *sometimes* the country [ that is one issue].
We use a preprinted "letter form" to print this data onto and then mail
it out.
We have the name/address fields (text boxes) at both the top and the
bottome of our "report" and then the Address contains a COUNTRY (we do
TRIM if it is the USA) then the WHOLE set of 'text boxes' and any
content gets MOVED down ONE whole line and the "lower address" set of
boxes is no longer readable in the 'envelope window'.
What I want to do is LOCK the subsequent 'text boxes' from moving NO
MATTER if ONE MORE text box (representing the Country) is ADDED at the
top of the report.
Can anyone help me with this? Thanks very much.
