Hello All.
I am running Citrix Metaframe Pres. Server 3 on a Windows Server 2003
Enterprise Edition with SP1.
Ever so often the server stops accepting new connections. New clients
that
connect to the server will get an error saying that the Citrix
Metaframe server has stopped accepting connections.
When we try to RDP to the server we cannot.
When we console in to the server we can do a Ctrl+Alt+Del and logn but
then
all we get is a grey screen.
We have no other choice but to hard reboot the server and then it comes
up
fine.
There is nothing of consequence in the event logs that tells me what is
happening and why the server stops accepting connections.
I have seen mention of this problem with servers not running SP1 and
all the hotfixes I've seen to address this problem are supposed to be
rolled into SP1
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Thanks for any help.
