Ok,
I have right clicked a message and on the popup
clicked "Create Rule".
I check "FROM {sendername}" and "Move to Folder {folder}"
in the appropriate areas and run the rule - it works....
These emails are coming from subscribed to forums etc and
have diffent text but they always have the same
{sendername}, but not always the same
{senderemailaddress}. The bulletin forums have done this
to stop DOS attacks etc etc etc.
Trouble is - Outlook Rules appear to be working on the
{senderemailaddress} and NOT the {sendername} as it
implies it is.
Does anyone know a work around for this or do I really
have to program it myself.....
Or can this be highlighted to Microsoft as being a
bugg'et - the options for selecting on {name} should be
From {sendername} OR
From {senderemailaddress}
Not allowing one to assume the other, and then this things
will work correctly.
Thanks in advance
