After packaging for CD, the resulting file does not link
to the sounds that were in the pre-packaged file. Cannot
play presentation on another computer and hear any sound
(narration).

I have checked the options for includwe player, imbed
linjs and imbed fonts. Does not work! Still no sound on
each slide. Checked...all sound files are on disk. Is
there a "fix"?

What is the file format of the sound files? Maybe that has something to do
with it, but if so, it's news to me. Was this presentation created in a
previous version of PowerPoint?

Did you figure this out because I am having the same problem. I actually am able to hear the sound when I run the presentation on my computer but after I package and save the presentation to a CD, no sound comes up on the presetation when it is run on my laptop. I really need this fixed, please help me!!

Are you using File/Package for CD in PPT 2003 to create the CD, or are you
using a different technique or software?
