2003 outlook folders: Emails dissapearing

Hi group, I've been seeing my emails disapear from my Outlook folders which I
have created. I have have an Outlook Connection to my Office live small
business email account. When I go to the web, and sign in, I notice that the
folders that I've created on outlook are not there.

are the folders in your live account mailbox? do the folders disappear?
does it work if you create the folders in the acct online?
