I recentely upgraded my Outlook client to 2003. Upon
doing so, I lost the ability to use Word as my email
editor. In Tools/Options/Mail Format/Message Format,
there are Word 2003 choices "greyed out" for using Word
2003 as editor or reader for messages. I don't have Word
2003. I have Word 2002 and I still want to use it as my
editor for email messages. How to fix other than
purchasing Word 2003?
