2003 FrontPage Website Form Connect to Access 2003 DB

I have a customer information form. When users fill in the blank fields on
the form, I want the information to be submitted to a table in my access 2003
database. I do have a copy of the database in the ftp folder.

Please HELP ME!! I'm desperate to make this work properly.

Also, can you submit results to email and database simultaneously?
