I recently upgraded my exchange server from 5.5 to 2003, and the same
server from 2000 server to 2003 server. After upgrading the server I
attempted to install the fax service on the machine. Once the fax
service was up and running I ran into a couple problems when trying to
enable email routing.
1. I try to enable the function and it prompts me to set up the routing
email address. Once I enter the email that I want the faxes to be sent
to, the function is not enabled. If I try to enable it again, I am
prompted to set up the email address again.
2. If i click on a fax and click "Mail To:" I recieve an error saying
my "Mail System DLL is Invalid". I have tried copying in a new
mapi32.dll and installing outlook, as this is what I have read in a few
articles I have come accross, neither method fixed my problem.
Thanks
