2003 Export in CSV

I am trying to export some calendars in CSV format, but
it will only allow the current 6 months. Does anyone
know of a way, other than a PST, to get the whole
calendar in a CSV formtat?
 
What version of Outlook are you using and do you have any restrictions on
the calendar or any archiving?
