I can't find the rules wizard in Outlook 2002. I have the menus switched to
display all items.

Also, I would like to import the accounts that I had set up in OL 2000 (on a
different computer). I can't find any reference in help to this; did OL lose
this capability in the move to 2002?

1. Are you in a mail enabled folder when looking for the Rules Wizard?

2. Outlook 2002 can still import and .iaf file but it no longer supports
exporting to an .iaf file. Use the File->Import->Internet Mail Account
Settings. You will want to keep a current backup of that file (2000 .iaf)
in case you need to reload and nothing has changed in your new account
settings.

Where should the .iaf files be placed? When I attempt to import Outlook
simply tells me it didn't find any accounts to import but doesn't tell me
where it is looking.

I've discovered that for the accounts I need to first import them into
Outlook Express. Then Outlook is willing to grab them from OE. Apparently it
doesn't see the .iaf files.
