1700 user AD domain spread out over 26 sites. 25 domain controllers all new
server. On any machine in the network when you go through the control
panel/printers icon and add printer wizard to add a printer from the network
it takes 3 minutes to show all of the server in the network. I found the
following and tried the hot fix with no luck. Any ideas

Thanks

Are the users finding these printers by "Find a printer in the Directory"
or by "Type a printer name, or click Next to browse for a printer"?
- If the latter is true, then you have become a victim of the poor
scalability of Printer Browsing. Printer Browsing does not scale well at
all, and is not recommended for Windows 2000 networks (especially large
ones like yours). You should use Printer Publishing for all printers (ie:
"List in Directory") and force users to search for printers in the
Directory. This policy setting controls whether or not clients can browse
the network for printers when using the "Add printer" wizard:
User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel >
Printers > "browse the network to find printers"
