Hi there,

I have a users laptop which he uses for remote access. I
recently updated his connection onto our servers.
However, after doing this, it won't accept the original
logon to log onto the "this computer".
I can logon onto the companys network but not the local
computer.
Short of having to re-install windows, is there anyway
that I can reset the password?
The original password that was given to the user was the
admnistrator password for the laptop and this isn't being
accepted.

Thanks in advance for you help
Zoe

Assuming that the domain admins have the rights to change the local admin
password, that's the easiest way ... The alternative for resetting the admin
password is answered on here multiple times daily and can quickly be found
by performing a search on "admin" plus "password" ...
