Hi,

Is it possible to install Outlook 2003 on a newly built XP PC and
somehow merge in user's settings from the previous version (2000) of
Outlook?

Specific things would be PST files added, Signature info and any
Outlook address books, specifically Contacts listed as an OAB.

Many thanks

Andy

See if this helps: http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm

The OAB is a view of what's installed in the Contacts folder in the PST.
The signature files are in %AppData%\Microsoft\Signatures. Many settings
are in the Windows registry, so it will be difficult to transfer them. If
you have rules, export them and copy the RWZ file as well, then import them
on the new machine after configuring Outlook there.
