200 Domain limits clients added

We get a message from our domain server saying that a
technical user has "exceeded the number of machines he is
allowed to add to the domain see the domain admin." The
quote is actually a paraphrase. This is not consistent
among the technical users just to one guy. Where would we
resolve this issue?

They is a limit of 10 machine a non admin can add to the domain.

In addition to Richard's posting, you can also grant the user (via a
group preferrably) the 'Add Workstations to the Domain' User Right
