2 users same email

Hi again when I first got windows mail we had problems because we had 2 users
with 1 email address, we got good advice here to set up both users to leave
mail on the server, this worked an we both received same emails.

Windows crashed and we had to reinstall using disk I set up the emails in
the same way to leave mail on the server on both user accounts but now only
one account is receiving the emails.

Help this is exactly what I did before but it worked last time and wont now.
 
Are the two users on different computers, or same computer with
different Windows user logins?
Sounds like the one user who is not receiving any emails has
something wrong in his settings. Is there an error message when
he tries to download mail? Which antivirus is he using?

Hi Gary 2 users on one computer, the settings are identical except for the
name to be displayed, there is no error message if you hit send and receive
it appears to look but cant find anything even though messages are there.
 
Is that account able to send?

You missed one of my questions, which antivirus?
Try deleting and then recreating the nonfunctioning account from scratch.
