2 questions for OutLook from a Novice

1. How do I know what Version of Outlook I have

2. My file is getting very large should I be worried ?
( I don't like deleting any emails I send or recieve
because I like to go back and see what was asked and what
I responded and when)

In Outlook, go to Help>About...

I wouldn't worry unless disk space is a problem. You can compact the
folders, which may gain you some space.

Go to Help, About Outlook to see the version. You can compress folders and or archive them to save space. Look up Archive in Help. You can also download and use Backup from the Office Web site downloads.
