2 Questions about Outlook forms from a Neophyte

1)How do I add a drop down menu with multiple choices? I have tried the combo
box and the list box. Which one do I use? I can't seem to figure out how to
add the 2nd choice to the list.

2)I am trying to create something of a memo generator. For example: I 'd
like to have a field that says NAME___, AGE___, Hair Color___. After the
fields are entered, I want, down below, a complete sentence to poplulate:
John is 10 years old and has brown hair. I have adding the fields figured
out, just not tying them together in a sentence.

You use the Initial Values on the first tab of the control's properties panel.
