I have a Server with 2 Zeon Proc. I know i have read that
Win2K will see them as 4 can anyone point me to an article
about this. Thanks

Dani

This is because of Intel's HyperThreading technology. This allows one
physical processor to handle more than one thread, and thus act as two
processors. Because of this, Windows sees each physical processor as two. If
you go to www.intel.com and search the term Hyperthreading, you will find
many articles that talk about this functionality.

The Intel Xeon processor MP features Hyper-Threading technology, which
makes each processor appear as two.
