2 problems with install and setup

i have 2 issues. first, i am attempting to install kazaa media desktop, a popular downloading service. unfortunately, i get all the way to the final step and for some reason, it stops the install and gives me an error message. secondly, i have AOL instant messenger installed on my computer. when i type my screen name and password and try to log in to the service, all it reads is "the AIM service cannot be reached". am i doomed to seek help in CompUSA. help me out if you can, i am very desperate. thank you

The best place is Kazaa for Kazaa issues and AOL AOL issues.
Comp USA is probably not a good source for either issue, but you can
try.

Okay, first of all DO NOT install Kazaa........ get Kazaa Lite K++ instead
(it's the spyware free version of Kazaa).

Second, the error your getting is most likely caused by either spyware or a
virus...... or your firewall..... run an antivirus and antispyware scan. If
they don't show anything, check your firewall settings.
