Just completed my first home built PC - what satisfaction!!

I have a new Maxtor 80Gb HDD and I have installed my old 8Gb from my old PC
to transfer data. I want to continue using this old HDD (set as Primary
slave) for backups. My old compaq PC had this drive in 2 partitions, I am
not concerned about any data on this drive now as it is all transferred -
how do I merge the 2 partitions so windows xp sees it as one drive letter?

thanks,

Mark

control panel
admin. tools
computer management
