Hi Group,
I have an external 2,5" hooked up with USB 2.0 on my laptop. I managed to
format both partitions( in this case G and H) without a problem.
The question is; how do I get rid of the one partition so that I just have
one partition left over? I just want to use the External HD for Data and I
do not require two partitions for that.
I am assuming that I just have to stick in the XP CD into my drive on the
laptop and then delete the drive (in this case G or H). The process will
then delete the one partition and I can then do a restart and it shouldn't
have had any effect on my regular drives on my laptop.
I just want to make sure before I throw the CD in and then wind up losing
everything on my laptop. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
GL
