2 partime jobs with Outlook Calendars, how do I combine to one

I have 2 parttime jobs that use Outlook Calendar, how can I combine the
detail of both to manage my life?

Open one of the calendars, view it in a table format, seelect all its
entried with CTRL-A and click Edit>Copy to Folder, specifying the other
calendar as the destination.
