2 part Querry: minimise all button and skype help

Part 1: I accidently deleted my minimise all button from quick launch and i
cant seem to get it back...i tried windows help and support but it does not
show what to do if u delete that button...please help i'm really lost without
that button because although "(windows) + m" minimises most of the windows it
does not minimise the safari browser.

Part 2: everytime skype opens a webpage windows shows an error and shuts
down skype. This is a real problem for me as it restricts my use of skype!

1. Restore the "Show Desktop" icon on the Quick Launch toolbar:

Copy/paste the below into notepad, then click file/"save as" and call it
"show desktop.scf" and drop it on the desktop. You can drag it from
there to the Quick Launch bar.

[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=EXPLORER.EXE,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop

2. Contact Skype tech support. I read somewhere that Skype was having
problems lately and blaming it on the latest Windows Updates, which
sounds like a ridiculous excuse to me. However, Skype tech support are
the ones to ask about your problems with their service.
