You can setup one or the other but not both. The big requirement for
Clustering is that you have shared storage which you appear to have. The
fist thing you will want to to is go to the Windows 2003 Clustering site
and read all the whitepapers on clustering and how to set it up properly.
Take your time as this can be a complex configuration.

Subject: 2 Node Failover Cluster in 2003 Enterprise Edition

I need to be able to set up a failover cluster using Windows 2003 Server,
Enterprise Edition, but it seems as though I can only set up NLB. Is this
the case? If so, can this be done in 2000 Advanced Server, as I'll revert
to this if needs be. We've specifically purcased a Compaq DL380 Packaged
Cluster & Win2k3 Ent. for the task!
