2 network cards

Windows xp

I have 2 network cards, one connected to the internet
pcmcia, the other is local connection. i can see the
computers on both sides of this computer but on any other
computers connected to the network I can only see the
computer with the 2 cards.How do I make these two cards
allow me to see through them.

Create a network bridge between the network connections that the two
cards use:
