I am trying to have a list box on the left hand side that has a list of

I know that I have seen this somewhere but I cannot find it!!

I have tried but I ma getting heaps of errors,

Yes the address is correct. My ISP has evidently been having some trouble
today. I couldn't reach my site either. However, it's up again now, so
