2 instances of Word and Explorer.... - 2 instances.jpg (0/1)

I keep getting stuck with 2 instances of Word and Windows Explorer....
and sometimes Outlook.

What happens is when I go to "save as" and try to save into another
folder than "My Documents" in the dialogue box.... then it "freezes"
right there in Word....

Then I hit Task Manager and it shows like in the attached pic with 2
Words and 2 Explorers....

I've replaced the video card, turned off Hyper Threading.... to no
avail.... disconnected all network drives, too....

Have you tried doing a restore? I mean back to the point were the computer
doesn't do what it is doing now?
