I have Outlook configured to use 2 mail accounts (CompanyMail & and
PersonalMail). They both get deposited into the SAME InBox. I also have a
message rule that runs against every message. The rule is as follows:

Aplly this rule after the message arrives
through the PersonalMail account
move it to the Personal Folder.

This should do what I think you're looking to do (move all incoming messages
on the second account to the other folder so that they remain seperate).
