2 files keep reappearing after reboot

when I was clearing the cache before I installed MS-Anti
spyware, no files were cleared. But after I installed MS-
Anti spyware, when I reboot my computer and cleared the
cache, 2 files are cleared. This happens everytime. I
uninstalled the MS-Anti spyware, and tried to clear the
cache, the cache contains nothing. After installing the
MS-Anti spyware, the 2 files reappear in the cache. What
is this problem? Thank you
 
This is a bug. Thanks for the report. It's been reported by others, and I
am certain the developers are aware of it.
