2 e-mails Send/Receive error Operation Failed

I have 2 e-mail accounts, when I click Send/Receive buttons and instant
message appears " Operation Failed" but if I go to tools I can send and
receivefrom the 2 existing e-mail accounts. but only one at a time. I want
to use the Send/Receive buttom to work with my 2 e-mail accounts at the same
time. I have tried everything but the conditions prevail, including removing
the software and reinstalling it.
