2 Domains and 2 DHCP Servers

I have Domain Server "A" (192.168.0.14) setup and a DCHP
server with a scope of 192.168.0.20 - 192.168.0.200. I
am setting up a new Domain Server "B" (192.168.0.16) and
a DHCP server with the scope of 192.168.10.20
192.168.10.200.

I want any computer that logs into the Domain Server "B"
to receive its IP address from the DHCP Server on Domain
Server "B" and any computer that logs into the Domain
Server "A" to receive its IP address from the DHCP Server
on Domain Server "A".

Is the possible or does the Domain Server "B" need to
have an IP address of 192.168.10.16. If so how do I make
the two domain servers see each other?
 
Are both of these networks on the same physical network? If so, you can't
really control which of your DHCP servers will respond because DHCP is based
on broadcasts.

You should separate your networks physically (if your switches support VLANs
this would be one way to do it without recabling everything) and route
between them if you need the domains to see each other. Then you can worry
about things like creating trusts between your domains if you so desire.

The "domain" is not relevant here... a computer will contact DHCP and get an
IP before it even cares about Windows stuff like logging on to a domain.

Microsoft DHCP (anything after NT SP2) supports Superscopes which sort of
relates to your goal of using DHCP to serve multiple logical networks on one
physical network.

I'm still sort of scratching my head wondering if that would help you at
all... not sure how to implement it. In any event, it involves using only 1
DHCP server that serves all your subnets.
