2 devices on same IRQ

I don't know if this is a problem or not. I have
Realtek AC'97 Audio
Realtek RTL8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet NIC

Both on IRQ 18

I am on WinXP-SP2, P4 processor
If this is an issue, how do you go about fixing it?

No, there is nothing to worry about. The shared IRQ are easily possible to
the Windows OS. (UPNP)

That's manageable in XP. I assume they were automatic assignments, and
that you are having no problems? If so, you're fine; it was by design.
