I opened a saved .pst file from a CD. It went on the tre of the Personal Folders so I have 2 trees. How do I get this imported saved file to the oringinal folders in the Personal Folder tree. I am using XP with Outlook 2002.

You will need to copy the data from one set of Personal Folders to the
other. For user-created folders, you can move the whole folder between the
two "trees". For default folders (Inbox, Contacts, etc.) you will need to
switch to an unfiltered table view of the folder, such as By Category,
select all items using CTRL+A, then drag to the corresponding folder in the
other file.

Jocelyn,

Thank you for your response.

How do I remove the "Tree" that I don't need?

Jocelyn,

Thank you for your response.

How do I get rid of the "tree" I am moving out of?

Once you're done copying from it, you should be able to remove it from
Outlook by right-clicking its root folder in the tree and then clicking
Close. The file will still be on your hard drive.
