I have an Epson Stylus C80, and would like to use it with both my iMac
and my new Dell 4600. IS there such a device/adapter that will allow me
to do this? The software is intalled on both.

Get a USB A/B switch.
 
Why not just use the parallel port for the PC, and USB for the MAC? If the 2
PC's arent on at the same time, then no extra switch box needed.
