2 Actualitation keeps appearing.............again and again

Good night for everyone:
I need help.
I have 2 actualitations that the pc installs always and when I reboot the
pc, the same two actualitations are for install again.
Number ONE:
Actualización de seguridad para Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack
2 (KB954430)
Number TWO:
Actualización para Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (KB973688)
Can you help me????
 
These, as you probably know, are security updates - both have
problems with installation.
Google (Bing preferably since it searches Microsoft first) or Bing KB954430
(Microsoft Support) for information on solutions
