Yes , you need the "in_vorbis.dll " , 1by1 uses WinAmp plugings ..
you might also want the " in_CDReader.dll " to play CD's ..........

Finding the latter was a bit of a hassle, so here's a direct link to a
version I found: http://www.url.ru/~copah/GetFile.cgi?Name=wacdr195.exe.
