What is a 1934 connection. This shows up next to my local
conections. Do I need to get rid of this? I tried and
every time I reboot it comes back on?

That should be "1394" and it refers to networking over
your IEEE 1394 (firewire) port on your computer. Most
likely, you don't have other computers or networking
devices connected via this port, but instead use it for
things like your DV Camera.

Just leave the connection in place, it is harmless and
will be useful if you ever plug in a 1394 networking
capable device. It keeps comming back because plug & play
notices your firewire port each time you boot your
computer and adds it back in.

If you must, you can right click on it and disable it.
