1706 error

I am getting the following error when building my application.

Error 1706.No valid source could be found for product Visual Studio .NET
Professional 2003 - English. The Windows installer cannot continue.

If anyone can help me rectify this little problem, I would greatly
appreciate it.
 
Looks suspiciously like a Windows Installer error, i.e. something is
missing. Have you tried running a repair of your setup?
