16x16 and 32x32 icon

Mobile2Market Standards say:
Required: 16x16 and 32x32 Pixel Icons for Application and File Types

Applications are required to register 16x16 and 32x32 pixel icons for their
main executable and saved file types.

I only know how to register one by compiling one into the application. Is
there something I need to do to register both resolutions?

You can have one icon file that actually contains many icon images at
different sizes and color depths. See the link below for more.
