been away from hardware scene for a while but what is the difference between
the 150 GB raptor X hard drive and the normal 150 GB Raptor hard drive?

The X has a clear cover so you can see the moving stuff for $50 more.
 
The "X" model has a clear plexiglass plate on it so you can see the insides
working. And it costs $50 more for the priviledge.
