15 minute embedded object times out in email

I given a great way of embedding a 15 minute speech into a word doc but now I
can't email it to a friend because it times out when I try to send it

The email attachment is too large. Instead of emailing this obnoxiously
huge file, upload it instead to YouSendIt:
http://www.yousendit.com/default.uplx Your recipients will receive a
*link* to the file, and you can all therefore bypass the file size
restrictions of email.
