Hi

I seem to have 2 1394 connections shown no's 5 and 6!!!!
Why I have 2 I dont know and why numbered 5&6 I dont know.

I want to remove one but when I right click on the
entries the delete option is greyed out.

Can anyone please explain in simple terms how I can get
rid of this connection?

Thanks

Brian

You may not want to get rid of it. Some networking devices will show up as
1394 devices. My Tablet PC has one for its internal NIC. If I remove it, I
lose my network.

On another system where this showed up, it seemed to be serving no function
at all. Instead of removing, I gave it a right click and selected the
option to disable. That put the device out of action and it stopped it from
being redetected.
