Can anyone tell me the setting I have to tweek to allow 128x128 icons on the
desktop. I personally think its scandellous not allowing this option as a
setting when Ballmer said "everything will be customisable" -- note. if I do
allow 128 icons can it be restricted to just the desktop environment, I dont
want the start menu to blow out of shape.

Thanks

Click a blank area of the desktop, then press & hold <Ctrl> while scrolling
up with the mouse wheel.

My god, after battling with settings in the registry till the early hours,
your not telling me its that easy. Why the bally hell is the feature
hidden?!! If it indeed works?...

I have Vista on my laptop but have to use an internet cafe to use the net,
just was surprised that it was so easy. Yes it did work for me, I am
greatfull but perplexed as to why the feature is not shown off!
