128 GB disk limit is registry fix ok ?

250gb added - only 128 available

Running Win2k sp4 - bios may be old though

Saw this fix that altered registry

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\atapi\Parameters]
"EnableBigLba"=dword:00000001

What effect does this have on the 2 discs that are less than 20gb
agree it shoudl be ok, but I thought I'd ask.

It has no effect on smaller disks.
